NOTE CARD SIGNATURE - Please be sure you have indicated who the gift is from in your note card message
BUSINESS NAME & SUITE NUMBER - For delivery to a business, please include the name of the business along with the recipient's name and any suite numbers
RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER - We totally understand that you want your gift to be a surprise for your recipient and we will never contact them unless we are unable to locate the address due to inaccurate information on the order. Please include the RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER in the SHIPPING DETAILS in case there are any issues with the delivery so we won't have to delay the delivery of your gift
Additional delivery fees will be required if we are unable to deliver your gift due to inaccurate or incomplete information

Please include YOUR email in the SHIPPING DETAILS section and not your recipient's email! This is for the ORDER CONFIRMATION and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION emails to be sent to you. If you enter your recipient's email, your recipient will receive the Order Confirmation.
If the recipient is unavailable, gifts delivered to homes or apartments are placed on the doorstep.
